Store's return and exchange policy

We at Weave Darling pride ourselves on our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. We offer a 3 days return policy once the hair is returned in its original condition. Help us help you so that you can have the hair experience you deserve, just contact us if there is a problem, or if you have questions. Our representatives are here to help.

 

Please note before purchase that this is Virgin Hair which means that this hair has never been processed and so does not come in colours. If you require a different shade, you must take it to be professionally coloured, cut and styled to blend with your hair. The cuticles are intact to prevent tangling and shedding. There might be variations from bundle to bundle. When buying 2-3 bundles we will try to ensure that you receive hair from the same donor.  

 

Returns
We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains tied.


Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Returns requests over 14 days will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.

Its important to note that due to the nature of our product and important health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return.

 Exchanges 

The hair must not be untied from the bundle.
We offer one exchange per original order.
Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer's expense.
